The Garden of Eden—Before Breast Cancer

Maybe Eve would have worn this bra? Or… maybe it is just a symbol?

The symbol for a place in time when the sky was blue—no pollution and no depletion of the ozone layer. Everyone was healthy. A place that one could close their eyes and imagine Utopia!! This would be it!!! Flowers and trees everywhere! Birds chirping, butterflies feeding off the dew. Beautiful blue unpolluted water. A place that is untouched by the poisons and toxins all around us now. Fruits just picked off the trees and, oh, don’t forget the forbidden apple!! Eve took a bite of an apple she was told not to eat. She ate it. From then on, the world was not as pure.

My bra is a creation that represents a pure time when there was no such word as breast cancer. There was no cancer at all!!! Just the wonder of a beautiful garden filled with all the decorations on my bra….
