Mommy’s Got a Boo-Boo
Statistics show that 20 percent of women who are diagnosed with breast cancer are 50 years old or younger. Tumors diagnosed at younger ages are usually more aggressive and less responsive to treatment. As a larger percentage of women delay having children until they are in their late 30s and even into their 40s, the breast cancer rate among mothers of younger children has increased.
Every mother knows how to “kiss a boo-boo” to make her child feel better. Unfortunately, many mommies are now also experiencing the boo-boos, hence this bra. The lips-shaped band-aids are kisses to help “Mommy feel better!”
