Joie De Vivre!

People of courage, who meet their battles with a quiet acceptance, are greatly inspiring to me. When a friend revealed her struggles and decisions after a breast cancer diagnosis, and was able to find humor in her situation, I knew the Creative Cups project was something I wanted to be part of to honor her and show my support.

Many years ago, a dear member of my family also survived her bout with breast cancer by looking fear in the face. Both of these women, with a strong network of families and friends, proved what hope, love, faith and a zest for living can accomplish.

Savoring every moment with gratitude, developing a positive attitude, along with unwavering determination, blessings can be abundant for a cancer journey on a rocky road.
