This design depicts a friend of mine, a girl who is going through a lot and needs a shoulder to cry or lean on. However, she keeps everything to herself because of her misconceptions or insecurities. I tried to portray a strong person that she is, going through everything alone but still enduring it all and smiling in front of others. This drawing represents every other person who is enduring agony. I want to convey a message to all who try to show themselves as strong even though they are suffering, PLEASE TALK ABOUT IT.
My art promotes social change in spreading awareness about mental health. Be nice to everyone. You never know what they are going through!
